Author Biography

The author O. P. Khetan is a Human Resource Management professional with over five decades of exposure in the corporate world.

He worked for three decades with two leading companies Steel Authority of India (SAIL) and ICI India (now Akzo Nobel) a British multinational and occupied the position of Top HR Executive in both the companies. For next two decades as Director of HRD Centre he trained over 10,000 men and women from over 1,000 leading organisations in the soft skills training programmes. During this period he was also a Visiting Professor at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi.

He has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and was educated and trained in USA at the Illinois Institute of Technology and US Steel Corporation at Chicago and in U.K. at the Industrial Society, London.

He is the author of another book "Winning Lessons from Corporate Life" published by PARTRIDGE a Penguin Random House Company.
