Author Biography
Jacinta Padgett has worked in the environmental and natural resource management sector for nearly 15 years. During this time she has held various positions including marine mammal trainer, conservation officer and environmental educator. She has extensive experience in developing interpretive and educational material that makes learning fun and easy. In her books, Jacinta aims to encourage youngsters to develop a love of the natural environment, and a desire to act in order to conserve it. She lives in Australia, one of the most environmentally challenging yet stunning places in the world.
