Whiteley received his M.Div. from Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, KY. A second generation Floridian, he returned to serve 40 years in Florida churches as senior minister. He also served four years as a Chaplain in the US Army Reserve in Florida. Along with his pulpit ministry, he has published and supplied ministerial and worship aids for 30 years to churches across the country.
