Author Biography

Ernie Young is a children's book writer and editor with a passion for community building and a love for public spaces. When he's not writing, he can be found playing basketball with his son at the park, reading with a good cup of tea, or riding his bike. He lives with his family in Nebraska.

Sarah Walsh creates magical worlds with vivid color, thoughtful narratives, and endearing characters. Her influences are an eclectic mix of 80's pop culture, vintage children's books, mid-century design, and folk art. Sarah has illustrated over twenty picture books and partnered with celebrated brands all over the world. She lives in Kansas City with her partner, son, and dog.
