David Stewart White began his travel adventures as a child when he lived in Paris and explored Europe. His travel articles have appeared in the Washington Post, the Charlotte Observer, AAA World Magazine, the Royal Oak Foundation Newsletter, and in numerous websites and online magazines. Deb Hosey White is an avid traveler and author of the novels Pink Slips and Parting Gifts and Magic Numbers. Her articles have appeared in The Three Tomatoes e-zine and O.Henry Magazine. In addition to Travels Beyond Outlander, David and Deb are co-authors of Let's Take the Kids to London (5th edition, Roaring Forties Press) and Portugal - A Tale of Small Cities. They also created Beyond Downton Abbey and Travels Beyond Downton, a guidebook series exploring great houses with great stories in Great Britain. Deb and Dave spend much of their time exploring the United Kingdom. Originally from the Baltimore-Washington area, they are now based in North Carolina. Deb and Dave are also partners in Scuppernong Books, one of the Southeast's most prominent independent bookstores.
