Author Biography

Kristy lives out in the country with her husband and 3 small children. She has a passion for looking at the big picture in life and finding ways back to the way mother nature intended. She has taken a holistic approach to raising her kiddos and is determined to find the root cause to life's challenges when it comes to education, health, food and more! She wrote Think for Myself for the simple fact that she feels the most important thing she can teach her children is to think for themselves.
