Author Biography

Robert "Bob" Harvey is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with more than 33 years of service. He has flown more than 3100 hours in the F-16, including combat in DESERT STORM. His combat decorations include five Air Medals, the Distinguished Flying Cross with valor and the Bronze Star. He commanded a Fighter Squadron and is a National Defense Fellow and a graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons School. During his career, Col. Harvey witnessed four military sexual assault cases as commander and court-martial panel member. He lives in Cocoa, Florida, with his wife, Connie.
