by Dennis Raymond Ciapura (Author)
If your key objective in selecting the components for your audio system, TV or entertainment center is to assemble an impressive array of premium products, then this book is not for you. If you feel that a system that sounds and looks good to you in the store will make you happy, this book is probably not for you. If, on the other hand, you are a discriminating audiophile or videophile who wants to enjoy a system that produces excellent performance without paying for technical overkill, you've come to the right place. If you are a captive of the pseudo-science, specmanship and marketing ploys you see in the magazines and feel that you're always a step behind, this is definitely a book for you. It may even change your life. This is must read book for you if you're just interested in learning more about audio science.
