by Cheyne Curry (Author)
Hunter Roberge left Otter Falls, Vermont when she was 18, to get away from a life of scandal and judgment. Sixteen years later she returns to her 'hometown' for the funeral of the one person who condemned her the most: her mother. Being bequeathed the family house is just the first in a long line of mysteries that unravel the fabric of everything Hunter believes to be true. Can the support of a childhood acquaintance keep her on the right track or will she once again fall victim to her mother's hatred?
