Thomas is the only Gospel that accounts for the resurrection/rainbow body phenomenon and the role of the mind. Connecting the dots, Devins concludes that we are all here, on the planet, because we intend to be here. It is in this knowledge we find the reality of reincarnation and the law of karma; sticky issues which religion and science also need to address. Author Biography

J. Thomas Devins applies his experience and expertise as a chemical engineer and businessman to the realm of the spiritual and mystical. After caring for his terminally ill wife, Devins had mystical experiences that piqued his interest in death traditions and the afterlife. He devoted eight years to studying Jesus's resurrection, the Shroud of Turin, and Eastern death traditions. He came away from his research with new, important insight into life and death.
