The Heart of a Lioness is a fictional story about a young and brave warrior queen. The story portrays her life journey from birth and how she was abandoned by her biological parents as they simply preferred a boy, to being crowned as a queen. Like the title, which metaphorically symbolises the courage of the warrior queen, we must all learn to be brave and face the hindrances that we encounter on a daily basis. The story teaches all of us that being a woman is no limitation and that with courage in our hearts and a vision in mind, we can all overcome the obstacles that come our way, emerging victorious in this endless battle called life.
