Brad Longazel is a leading author, strength coach, and presenter in the area of exercise science and sports performance. He is an amateur power-lifter and leads his clientele by example. He has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville. While at U of L he both lectured and assisted in course work at the undergraduate level. Brad is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a U.S.A. Olympic weightlifting coach. He has a varied client base that includes collegiate Division I athletes, competitive powerlifters, as well as everyday athletes. His training philosophy is proper movement before pounds and to that end, he guides individuals through practical programs that produce results and help people move better. Brad has published articles on several of the most popular sites in the field of strength and conditioning.
