In todays modern world, it sometimes feels like we can never escape the grasp of technology and screens. In this book I tell the story of how I was able to adapt to technology, and through the process of doing so, it lead me to find purpose. I was also able to improve my physical, mental, and financial health. Through the process of recognizing my true priorities in life, I worked to find balance with technology, and in the process of doing so discovered the best version of myself. In what I consider to be a letter to you, the reader, I break down the process of how I found this balance into simple steps that anyone can follow, in hopes that everyone can discover the life that they were meant to live.
