Stan Tharp has served in church and non-profit leadership since 1979. His practical experience shapes his writing, and assures it will be a valuable tool to those who use it. He has a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Management and Biblical Studies; a Masters degree in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling; an MBA in Management, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Conflict Management. He has put this education to the test, and uses it to benefit others through his writings, and in his leadership responsibilities as Lead Pastor of Christian Life Center in Dayton, Ohio since 1990.
