Author Biography
Matthew Schifferle has been studying how to make staying in shape simpler and easier for over 15 years. While he enjoyed being active in mountain sports and martial arts at a young age, he always found popular approaches to diet and exercise were too costly and impractical to work effectively. He almost gave up on fitness entirely after spending many years trying to force himself to adhere to traditional diets and workouts. As a last resort, he began to research how to make fitness easier and more effective for the average individual who doesn't want their life to revolve around eating right and going to the gym. Matt currently works as a full-time personal trainer and enjoys getting out on the trail to hike, ski and ride the outdoor gyms Mother Nature has provided.
