Author Biography
Sam Ginder's literary works include two special documentary TV scripts, co-authoring an award winning autobiography, Highpocket's War Stories, and serving as editor of the history of the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1951 in book and video form. He has authored two novels, McKinnon's Way and An Affair of State, and is working on a collection of short stories. His freelance articles have appeared in nationally distributed magazines, The New Bay Times, and the editorial page of The Washington Post. He was graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and has advanced degrees from The George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science and The Georgetown University School of Liberal Studies. He studied creative writing at Montgomery College and St, Johns College in Annapolis. Ginder served in the U.S. Navy aboard battleships and submarines for eight years before beginning a thirty five year career in the aerospace and defense industry.
