Author Biography

Sylvan Greenfield is a debuting fantasy writer from the Netherlands. For several years Sylvan has worked at a publishing house for children's books, which sparked his initial interest in writing. Both his BA in Mandarin Chinese and his MSc in Political Science have equipped him with a comprehensive knowledge of language systems, political ideologies and cultural diversity. These aspects, in conjunction with a life-long fascination with the fantastical, the exotic and the only-thought-possible-in-dreams, convinced him of his purpose in life: to invite others along on his journeys of the mind. He has recently become a proud father of Lucas and, when he's not contemplating fictional evil, spends his days with his family in Uitgeest, a small village in the Netherlands.
