Have you been working real hard to maintain your muscle mass as you've aged, but still cannot achieve the body that you want? Most likely, you've been doing something wrong along the way. Maintaining muscle mass (especially in older adults) is not as easy as many people think. There are several factors to consider to successfully build muscles and to achieve the size you want. These include: - Proper nutrition. - The types of exercises best suited for building specific muscle groups in older adults. - Alternating workouts to sustain muscle growth. - Allowing downtime to prevent your muscles from injury due to overworking and for them to repair and rebuild. Not only do I cover the three different types of equipment, but also terminology such as reps, sets, and workout splits. I also hit upon all the major muscle groups and suggest exercises on how to do each one (with video). Then I wrap it up with several sample workouts depending on your workout split. Don't waste your time and effort on something that does not work. Do it right by buying my "Senior Fitness - Building Muscle In Older Adults" book now and start building muscle tomorrow
Author Biography
I have published over 125 books on Amazon for Kindle, CreateSpace and other publishing platforms. While most of my books are on health and fitness in general, as I age (now 65) at the time of this writing) my topics of interest are geared toward aging baby boomers and older. Besides my own writing, I also ghostwrite ebooks, books, reports, articles, blogs and do Kindle conversions for clients on a variety of topics. Today my wife and I are retired from our careers and live in Gold Canyon, AZ. I now write as a retirement business where you'll find me happily sitting in my office typing away on my laptop as I work on my next book or ghostwriting project . . . that is if we are not traveling on a cruise ship - our new-found mode of travel.
