Author Biography

It started when Booker was forced to create a birthday card for her mother after spending the money her father gave. Fortunately, her creativity was beautiful prose. Years later, she submitted an article to The Gardena Valley News. Booker was hired to write human-interest stories that added good news to the morning paper, but she wanted to alter them to fit her imagination; unable to stray from the truth, she used her talent, skill and determination to write, Family Secrets, a juicy Christian suspense novel. It's a Christian urban fiction page-turner that caters to people who are sensitive to vulgarity. Ten years later, Booker published the sequel to her first book, More Secrets. Another Christian novel for women that tests the Christian faith. But why stop there? The next and third installment, Secret Sins gave this African American Christian fiction series even more bank for its buck, and she is currently working on her latest, Her Secret. An avid reader, Booker would find interesting books, but constantly stumbled over four-letter words and graphic sexual content. With that, she was led to Christian-fiction. The book is not a theological fact-based text or study guide; it's just pure fiction, energetic, and fun.
