Author Biography

Erica L. Gandy is the founder and president of Global Destiny Inc. Licensed as a minister in 2009, Erica was appointed Youth Minister of Trinity AME Zion Church in 2010. A Robert Morris University Alum, she graduated with a degree in Marketing in 2007 after already obtaining her Associate Degree in Accounting from Duff Business Institute. Erica and her husband convinced their pastor along with two other churches to collaborate each Friday night creating a service called The Warship Experience. With a huge heart and an incredible testimony, Erica is zealous about ministering to young women, providing encouragement, and beneficial advice. Helping young women conquer their fears and build their dreams is her heart's desire. Devoted to being a 'Dream Builder', in 2018 Erica accepted her call to mentor young women as she launched her new program, Rubies and Pearls. She is 'Mommanager' to her two teenage daughters, a loving wife and supportive companion to her husband who is also a zealous minister, and she is dedicated to raising their 4 beautiful daughters and handsome son. Erica lives by the motto, "If you work for God, He will work for you."
