However, if we choose, in the moment, to reframe our reactions in a positive way, we will not only lift the burden of unnecessary stress off our shoulders, we will also serendipitously invite peace into our lives. And who doesn't want peace? Because, truth be told, our reactions affect us more than we think. For gentler encouragement, you'll see a \u003cstrong\u003eReframe Nudge\u003c\/strong\u003e. I will also point out that all the scenarios and suggestions are moldable, customizable, and adjustable. You may not have endured the \u003cem\u003eexact\u003c\/em\u003e situations I describe, and you might not reframe these experiences in \u003cem\u003equite\u003c\/em\u003e the ways I offer, but just remember--there are many, many, \u003cem\u003emany\u003c\/em\u003e ways to spin a situation toward the positive. \u003cem\u003eReframe It \u003c\/em\u003e simply gives you a jumping-off point.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOh, and: fair warning: Reframing will take a lot of practice.
