Author Biography
Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im, a native of Sudan, is the Charles Howard Candler Professor of Law at Emory University. His publications include: Islam and the Secular State: Negotiating the Future of Shari'a, African Constitutionalism and the Contingent Role of Islam, Toward an Islamic Reformation: Civil Liberties, Human Rights and International Law.
