Because true poetry is thoughts laid out with-in a specific structure. That structure can be rhyming words, rhythmic meter or even shape. The first poetry I read that formed a shape was by Dylan Thomas and I thought, at that time, how one would have to give precise consideration to how you are going to drive home your point or theme and stay confined to the structure. Then I realized that by staying in that structure the reader is forced to pay more attention to the words and will end up with a better understanding of the authors intentions.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eI want to thank my muse \"Ginger\" for supporting me in producing this book of poetry.
