These words are the chronicle of eight years working on and stewarding an organic farm in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. I wrote most of these poems in an old cabin, sitting behind a picture window above the farm and pasture. You may notice how the first entries reflect a steep learning curve on how to be a sensitive man in an intense world of parenting, marriage and business. For these were my first years inhabiting all three of these labels. These years began with hope and idealism.
