Biographical and military service information of nearly 400 men mustered into Meade Post No. 2, Grand Army of the Republic, Oregon City, Oregon, between May 1881 and December 1930. The Post membership was made up men who had served in Union regiments in the East and moved to Oregon between the end of the war and the 1920s, as well as early Oregon pioneers who had served in the 1st Oregon Infantry and 1st Oregon Cavalry during the Civil War era.
