Saleha Banu began her career as an early years teacher in 1972, and since then she has dedicated her life to make learning fun and enjoyable by using unique and creative approaches.
Her experiences as a teacher were not confined to a single institution; she explored various teaching methods and syllabuses. She always wanted to create a revolutionary change in the educational system, so she developed advanced teaching methods to help children suffering from learning disabilities and helped many schools re-organize their academics for pre-primary curriculum. Subsequently, she founded 'Dahliya', a play school that embodied her passion and enthusiasm for innovative early years education. The school went on to become a sort after institution in the community. Even today she continues to volunteer as an educational curriculum and methodology consultant and trains teachers. This book is her way of passing the torch by providing teachers and parents the much-needed guidance and support.
