Author Biography

Todd holds a BS in Economics from University of Maryland at College Park and an MBA from Mt. St. Marys University. He is passionate about training and coaching with his mission being to inspire and equip as many people as possible. He artfully crafts his messages with a blend of philosophy, humor, decades of business experience, and a depth of knowledge in a way that allows him to connect with a wide range of audiences and is equally effective in a workshop setting with a small group, a seminar with hundreds, or a keynote before thousands. After beginning his career in restaurants and real estate banking he has been leading teams in the network marketing industry for 26 years. In addition, He has provided management training for organizations of all sizes in several industries across the United States. He is the author of several books, audios, and personal and professional development programs. He is a coach, speaker, and trainer with expertise in soft skills, management, and leadership that are fundamental to all businesses. He and his wife Melanie have two adult children and live in Westminster, MD with their three dogs.
