Author Biography
Jeffrey Briar is the founder of the western world's only Laughter Club which meets seven days per week. He is a senior trainer for Laughter Yoga International University, and is the most experienced leader of laughter exercises in the western world. Other publications: The Laughter Yoga Book; Laughter Revolutionaries: Making the World Safe for Hilarity; Moving Experiences: A Manual for Awakening (with Ruthe Gluckson); the Laughter Exercise Photo Flash Cards; and the DVD "The Laughter Club in Real Time".
