Author Biography
Mona Eikel-Pohen moved her life, family, and work from Germany to the United States in 2005, where she teaches German, reads and writes, works in her garden, and plays the cello every now and then. Her thoughts, feelings, work, and words oscillate perpetually between German and English. Mona Eikel-Pohen verlegte 2005 Leben, Familie und Arbeit von Deutschland in die USA, wo sie in Upstate New York Deutsch unterrichtet, liest, schreibt, in ihrem Garten arbeitet und gelegentlich Cello spielt. Ihre Gedanken, Gefühle, ihre Arbeit und Worte oszillieren permanent zwischen Deutsch und Englisch.
