Author Biography

Dr. Steve Smith has worked in church renewal and church planting for over three decades. He pastored two churches, each for over 9 years, and now mentors pastors and church leaders, working with both non-denominational and a spectrum of denominational backgrounds. He has worked as a regional leader for Converge Worldwide for the past 14 years. His passion is to see pastors and churches transformed by the power of God through a clear understanding of the nature of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Shirley, have four children and four grandchildren. Their home base is in central Florida.
