Hugo Bean has a brilliant plan to help Dad get ready for Christmas: build the greatest Christmas Super-Helper ever made!
With Turnip Teddy watching nervously, Hugo brings Robin the Robot to life and puts him straight to work. But when Hugo asks Robin to decorate the tree, wrap the presents and hang the stockings, the enthusiastic helper takes every instruction much too far.
Soon, trees everywhere are covered in decorations, almost everything in the house is wrapped, and socks hang wherever Hugo looks!
With Christmas rapidly becoming a crisis, Hugo must discover how to give Robin exactly the right instructions, and persuade his Super-Helper that sometimes helping means knowing when to stop.
A warm, wonderfully funny festive adventure about creativity, communication, problem-solving, and the unexpected consequences of getting exactly what you asked for.
