by William S. Black (Author)
"God rescued me and pulled me out of dark places again and again while bringing healing and help of every kind. Consequently, my love for Him is intense and my gratitude overflowing. I owe everything to Him and cannot repay even the smallest part. In one of these darkest, most painful times I learned for myself that God is as close as you allow Him to be. He has real power that I'd read about a thousand times but then experienced firsthand. This was when I gained a sure knowledge that God hears and does answer our sincere prayers. I learned that answers could come in real-time. I also discovered that you can figure out almost anything just from asking God "Yes / No" questions and getting really good at detecting what each of those two responses feels like to you personally. Once you have that difference clear then you can have confidence receiving and acting upon this most basic form of personal revelation."How to talk with God is a simple guide for anyone who wants to begin or improve their communication with God. The most effective tools are often the most simple, and William Black maintains the simplicity while advancing the reader through the steps of communicating with God as one would speak with a father or trusted friend. With light humor and engaging examples, the reader is carried along a sweet and poignant journey culminating in an invitation to personally take part in The Glorious Conversation that is open to all. How to talk with God brings insight, clarity, and will be read again and again.
