Author Biography
Adam Yuret has spent the last 20 years working in the software business coordinating communication between engineering, operations, leadership and business stakeholders. He founded Context Driven Agility to help leaders focus on delivering value to customers while creating an amazing place for smart capable technology professionals to work. Lean Coffee is his most valuable communication tool. He uses it to gain clarity with client executives and build communities of practice both internal to organizations and publicly. He's facilitated hundreds of Lean Coffees in a myriad of contexts and experienced a broad spectrum of great outcomes while learning a lot about the pitfalls of bringing unity, clarity and effectiveness to meetings.
