Author Biography
Dana Pride is the author of 12 books. She began writing at the age of eight. She has been studying and putting into practice the methods and strategies in this book since the 1970s, learning and applying techniques for health, nutrition and fitness. She has taught hundreds of people health tips and encouraged many others to take control of their health by using an exercise plan and meal plan. Dana lives in Washington state with her husband and their youngest son.
