Goldpeaks was once a model western town, a place of opportunity and rapid expansion. Men would flock from anywhere east of the Mississippi to take part in the burgeoning town's success. The infamous Silverspoke gang roamed the region, bringing terror to all they encountered. One day, the town simply ceased to exist. The buildings were reduced to a smoldering heap, and the jubilant men and women once roaming the streets vanished. The story of how the town came to be that heap is about three men: a reformed police officer, an immigrant outlaw, and a disgraced heir with intertwining perspectives.
