The World Health Organization defines health as follows: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease and exhaustion." Health can also be defined as a high degree of general functionality biological functions. Health is most often used as a term for absence from illness, trauma, deformities and mental disorders. Some of the health conditions are a balanced diet, physical activity and hygiene, and stable family and social circumstances. In other words, health is a state of good physical, mental and social well-being.
