Evita Ochel BSc, BEd, CHN, CYT, is a consciousness expansion teacher, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, and web video producer. She holds an honors bachelor of science degree in the areas of biology and psychology and a bachelor of education degree in the areas of science and mathematics. She is a holistic health expert, a certified holistic nutritionist, and a certified yoga teacher. After a rewarding career of seven years in formal education at the secondary school level, Evita pursued the entrepreneurial path to teach and empower people worldwide to access the highest potential of their health and wellbeing. She has created several websites that feature thousands of resources in the form of articles, videos, recipes, reviews, interviews, and posts to elevate human consciousness and support healthy and mindful living.
