Author Biography
John F. Cicotte, CFP(R), EA formed his own independent financial planning practice in 1985. He wanted to learn a comprehensive and skilled procedure of advising clients who needed to plan for retirement, therefore he worked toward and received his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) professional in 1987. He knew that tax implications were inherent in financial recommendations, consequently two years later he obtained his designation from the U.S. Treasury Department as an Enrolled Agent. John has a small retirement/financial planning practice in Roseville, California.
