He holds a DPhil and British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship from the University of Oxford. He is the author of \u003cem\u003eImperial Infrastructure and Spatial Resistance in Colonial Literature, 1880-1930\u003c\/em\u003e (Peter Lang, 2017) and \u003cem\u003eUrban Comics: Infrastructure \u0026amp; the Global City in Contemporary Graphic Narratives\u003c\/em\u003e (Routledge, 2019).\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eErica Lombard\u003c\/strong\u003e is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cape Town.
