Exfoliating Glycolic Acid Face Wash

Glycolic Acid Face Wash containing 3% glycolic acid is a terrific anti-aging solution in a clear gel facial cleanser that is fortified with botanical extracts and ingredients designed to brighten and nourish delicate facial skin. Helps to remove impurities, excess oil, and makeup - great for a bedtime routine!

We use 3% Glycolic Acid to provide a gentle but effective cleanse that can be used daily. Glycolic acid is a natural-occurring exfoliant that is one of the safest cosmetic options in the alpha hydroxy acid group. Glycolic acid brings fresh new skin to the surface as it safely removes the outer layer of dead skin cells, a process that helps correct discoloration caused by sunspots or aging.

We also added Lavender extract to repair and soothe damaged skin, Lemon Peel Extract to lighten, smooth, and cleanse the skin, as well as remove dead skin cells and aid in treating acne, plus Burdock Root extract which is anti-inflammatory and good for treating many dry skin conditions naturally. Rose Hips were also added to the blend to help improve the overall appearance of skin and protect against sun damage. The blend also contains vitamin B5.

NOTE: This product exfoliations and removes the top layer of dead skin cells so please always use sunscreen or makeup with sunscreen when using this product to avoid sunburn! 

Comes in a 4.5-ounce pump BPA-free plastic bottle. Made in the USA. 

Instructions: Always use sunscreen after using, as AHA glycolic acid makes skin extra sensitive to the sun. Wash face with this gel, rubbing a small amount in circles, and rinse thoroughly. Use once daily. Use two to three times a week at first, increasing to daily usage if well tolerated. Apply a small amount to moistened skin with fingertips. Work into lather and massage gently into the skin for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry. For external use only.
