Author Biography

Born Ruth Petra Oas, "Petra Rose" became Ruth Akre when she began her 32-year marriage. Divorced, she took her mother's maiden name Sundheim, and Petra as her first name and uses her mother's first name as part of her pen name. The pen name Petra Rose represents the profound healing she has experienced with both parents, Peter and Rose. Though trained in multiple careers-nursing, MSW hypnotherapist, OMC Ordained Ministerial Counselor, CPC Certified Professional Coach, it is her life experience in patriarchy, gender rejection at birth by a minister father, six brothers, and Lutheran church environment that qualifies her to write this book after a lifetime with un-diagnosed Attention Deficit Disorder. Focused on change and self-healing through Inner Healing work and Living in Process, her divorce from a minister became her first transformation. Her move to Kauai, and introduction to her spirit family through channeling, began her second transformation. The Way of the Heart Spiritual family introduced her to Jeshua and his messages detailing a correction of the churches distortions. Intuitive Inquiry revealed her past life with Jesus as one of 12 Magdalenes in partnership to the twelve disciples, many who also are reincarnated in this lifetime. Encountering past life partners on Kauai allowed karmic completions. Using the self-healing Ascension tools given to her, she is experiencing an ongoing fourth transformation, experiencing the divine feminine. Besides writing, she is committed to sharing these tools along with sharing the true message of Jesus.
