Author Biography
Contributors This volume comprises contributions by several scholars from various parts of Africa, Europe, Canada and the United States of America. See 'Notes on Contributors'. The Editors Taiwo Oloruntoba-Oju teaches language and literature at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He was a Guest Researcher at the Nordic African Institute under the programme, "Culture Image in and of Africa" anchored by Mai Palmberg. He has also been a fellow of the British Council and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He has authored books and articles and is also a published poet and playwright. Kirsten Holst Petersen is an Associate Professor Emeritus of the University of Roskilde, Denmark. She was also a Guest Researcher at the the Nordic African Institute under the programme, "Culture Image in and of Africa" research programme anchored by Mai Palmberg. She has conducted extensive research on African literature and she is widely published.
