Author Biography
Michael Neenan is an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and Associate Director of the Centre for Stress Management, Blackheath, London. He has published many articles and authored 12 books, including Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy in a Nutshell, Stress Counselling and Life Coaching: A Cognitive-Behavioural Approach with Windy Dryden for Routledge.
Windy Dryden is Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies as well as being the Programme Co-ordinator of the MSc in Rational-Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at Goldsmiths, University of London. He is one of the leading figures in contemporary counselling and psychotherpay and has also authored the following bestselling titles: Dryden′s Handbook of Individual Therapy - 5th Edition, Counselling in a Nutshell, Skills in Rational Emotive Behaviour Counselling and Psychotherapy and Key Issues for Counselling in Action - 2nd edition.
