by Roberto S. Goizueta (Author)
How do Christians resolve the dissonance between the truth of Christ's life, death, and resurrection as the universal key to human meaning, and our increased consciousness of the diverse, pluralistic world in which we live? Robert Goizueta notes that this tension raises important questions about the ethical as well as the theological defensibility of any religious position - particularly when so much contemporary violence arises from religious rationales. Ultimately, Goizueta argues, the answer for Christians ""will only be discovered as we, through our everyday actions, respond to Christ's claim to be the Way, and the Truth, and the Life by embodying that claim in our actions.""
