However, it has been apparent in his teachings that the Tathagata established Anapanasati as a "pleasant dwelling" and said of the many fruits and benefits of Anapanasati.

I am a nurse for 25 years in Thailand and now I interested to study of Buddhawajana, just pure a Buddha words namely, the Tathagata; would probably be the guide to liberation from sufferings by follow his teaching step by step.
