However, it has been apparent in his teachings that the Tathagata established Anapanasati as a "pleasant dwelling" and said of the many fruits and benefits of Anapanasati.

I am a nurse for 25 years in Thailand and now I interested to study of Buddhawajana, just pure a Buddha words namely, the Tathagata; would probably be the guide to liberation from sufferings by follow his teaching step by step. I intentend to distribution this dhamma publication is for benefit of educating the public and dhamma giving . Teachings into practice be gifted with an opportunity to achieve liberation and reach the land of the Deathless in this very life with faithful Followers of the Tathagata.
