Author Biography

Author Stan Morse was a teenager in the late 60's and early 70's. If it had not been for a snow skiing accident at age 17 which left him a paraplegic and in a wheelchair, Stan stood to be drafted and go to Vietnam. Now a lawyer, author and motivational speaker, living in central Washington, his novel Brothers of Summer shares vivid memories of that summer of 1969 in a coming-of-age story about three boys who struggle to understand and finally make an unconditional commitment to friendship. Morse is also the author of Circling the Earth in a Wheelchair (Kindle, Nook). His next novel Goering's Gold will be available in 2014.
