She is so unapologetically transparent and honest in this second poetry book that it made her uncomfortable at times. However, ironically so, it was within her uncomfortability that she found her innermost peace and comfort.
Writing is said to be a highly recommended form of self-reflection, regulation, mental health, and overall well-being. So, this is Tianna's therapy without the large bill, the inconvenient, annoying appointments, the social and emotional invasive doctor and the unyielding leather couch.
