Col. (Ret) Terry L. Duran retired from the U.S. Army after 34 years of enlisted and commissioned service, including multiple combat tours to Afghanistan and other assignments to Egypt, Germany, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, and Washington, DC. His service included 10 years of joint (multi-service) assignments and nine years as an instructor for five different military courses, including Officer Candidate School and MOS 19D Cavalry Scout Qualification.
