She is the author of \u003ci\u003eA is for Appalachia: The Alphabet Book of Appalachian Heritage\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003eAppalachian Toys and Games from A to Z.\u003c\/i\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003ePat Banks\u003c\/b\u003e works from her studio in northern Madison County, Kentucky. She has worked on special commissions and is included in corporate and private collections, including the University of Kentucky Appalachian Center, St. Joseph Hospital, Johnson \u0026amp; Johnson, Louisville Zoo, and many more.
