Starmann Sr. Research Professor Emeritus of Peace Studies at the Kroc Institute, University of Notre Dame, USA. Until 2015 he directed the \u003ci\u003eUppsala Conflict Data Program (UCDP)\u003c\/i\u003e. He was the first holder of the \u003ci\u003eDag Hammarskjöld Chair\u003c\/i\u003e at Uppsala University, 1985-2012, and of the \u003ci\u003eRichard G.
